Hotels and home rentals fill up ahead of Packers playoff game

ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) — If you have family or friends coming to town for the game, they need a place to stay — but be prepared to pay.

“Having that energy on game day and just being able to walk out, all bundled up, and be able to see the stadium down the street, that’s cool,” Mark Biesack said.

He knows a thing or two about renting houses. He manages over 60 properties between Appleton and Green Bay as the founder of Powerhouse Properties 920. Many of these homes sit in the shadow of Lambeau Field.

“People were kind of waiting for this weekend because they didn’t know when the game was going to be,” Biesack said. Now that the game is set, Biesack and his team are busy preparing for a busy weekend.
